Thank you! Your Park Lane rental application has been submitted. In order for the application to be processed, a non-refundable credit and background check fee of $20 per applicant is needed. In order to reserve the unit of your choice, a deposit equal to one month’s rent must be collected.

Should you cancel your application within seventy-two (72) hours, you will receive a full refund of the reservation fee. Should the application be canceled after 72 hours, or you fail to execute the approved rental agreement or refuse to occupy the premises on the agreed upon date, all monies will be forfeited.

I hereby authorize Transit Road Apartments, LLC, any of their agents, to confirm the information listed in my application. This authorization includes, but is not limited to, employment verification, performing a background check and ordering a credit report from any credit reporting agency. Any false information given will result in rejection of this application.
